The traineeship phase of the first and second stream of TLN Mobilicat 2023 has started!
On 3 and 24 April, the young participants started the second phase of the TLN Mobilicat programme, the phase of professional internships abroad. This time to Amarante (Portugal) and Marseille (France), respectively.
The young people are nervous but with a lot of energy to start this new stage of growth, both personal and professional, in the different destination countries. The first days have been very intense, as they have met several volunteers and workers of the partner organisations (Aventura Marao Clube in Amarante and Eurocircle in Marseille). These first weeks are crucial to generate good links that will have positive repercussions throughout their stay.
During these fourteen weeks in advance, the participants will carry out professional internships in companies and non-profit organisations related to their studies. The young people are very excited and feel this possibility as a great opportunity to learn a new culture and way of doing things, to interact with young people from different cultures and to improve their CV in order to improve their employability once they return to their country of origin.
We would like to thank our partners from Aventura Marao Clube and Eurocircle for their understanding and the ease with which we have been able to coordinate over the last few months. The networking that emerges in this programme is the key to success.
