I had the opportunity to participate in the Unravel Mental Health Care Practice in Youth Work program, and it was an incredible experience. The location where the program took place was stunning, surrounded by nature, and it created a very comfortable atmosphere among all the participants. We were 29 participants from 6 different countries, and sharing rooms among different nationalities strengthened the bonds between us.

Although I didn’t have the chance to taste the typical food, the truth is that it was not an obstacle to enjoying the experience and learning new things about how to strengthen the skills of youth workers to support the well-being of young people.

The activities and educational practices that were carried out were very useful for youth workers as we learned to apply them in our daily work to support the well-being of young people. Additionally, the international cooperation among participants and project partners was a highly enriching experience that allowed us to exchange knowledge and ideas about mental health and well-being for the personal development of young people.

One of the most remarkable moments of the project was when we took a trip to an impressive waterfall. It was a unique opportunity to connect with nature and share a very special experience with the other participants. In summary, the project was an unforgettable experience that provided me with valuable learning and knowledge to apply in my work with young people.
